SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Return policy

We know you will love your socks!

However, we do accept returns of unopened and unworn products within 30 days of purchase. We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

 The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more

  • Items that are marked “Final Sale” or clearance on the website

  • Hats

The customer is responsible for mailing your socks back to us and all mailing fees that are incurred. Please email us at info@justsimplyvintage.com to initiate your return. Then please ship your return to:

Once we receive the product, we will issue you a store credit (if you paid any initial shipping costs, those will not be refunded). If you would like to select a new product or color, please do so by placing a new order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When you receive your item(s), please immediately check thoroughly before you wear! If you receive a defective/damaged item, please email info@justsimplyvintage.com within 5 days of delivery and include a picture of the damage. 

Once I receive the picture I will get in touch with the vendor and do whatever I can to have the item replaced for you.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if standard shipping is selected. Products are shipped at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

*Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.
